榫卯联结:民族互嵌式社区建设的传统文化根基

摘　　要：民族互嵌式社区建设是当前基层民族工作的重要组成部分。本文通过对历史上自发形成的北京市古北口河西村、西城区牛街社区和云南郑家庄进行调研和观察,认为民族互嵌式社区的自发形成受中华传统文化的影响,从社会结构和心理认同上与中华传统文化中榫卯结构的文化精髓有异曲同工的相似表达。“道法自然与天人合一”“和谐共存与互补共生”“中和思想与以柔克刚”“和而不同与守正创新”的理念成为各民族互嵌生活的认知和遵循。榫卯联结的传统文化思想,其核心在于各元素既独立存在,又相互支撑,形成稳定与和谐的整体。这一思想理念在河西村、牛街和郑家庄千百年的存续中得到了较为鲜明的体现,可以从经济生产互嵌、生活环境互嵌、乡村管理互嵌、文化交融互嵌、心理相依互嵌五个维度来梳理和实证。在新时代,民族互嵌式社区高质量发展的文化路径主要从文化内容维度、文化传播维度和文化创新维度展开,包括榫卯联结在内的中华优秀传统文化思想是建设和谐共生、充满活力的民族互嵌式社区的文化根基。Building the inter-embedded ethnic communities is an important part of the current ethnic work at the grassroots level.Through the investigation and observation of the historical spontaneous formation of Hexi Village in Gubeikou in Beijing,Niujie Community in Xicheng District and Zhengjiazhuang in Yunnan Province,this paper argues that the spontaneous formation of inter-embedded ethnic communities has been influenced by traditional Chinese culture,and has a different yet similar expression to the cultural essence of mortise-tenon structure in traditional Chinese culture,both in terms of social structure and psychological identity.The concepts of“the law of nature”,“the unity of man and heaven”,“the harmonious and complementary coexistence”,“the idea of neutrality and softness to counteract rigidity”,“harmony without uniformity”and“integrity and innovation”have become the guiding principles that all ethnic groups know and follow in their respective interconnected lives.The traditional cultural idea of mortise-tenon connection is centered round the idea that each part exists independently while supports each other mutually to form a stable and harmonious whole.The idea is reflected vividly in the existence and continuity of Hexi Village,Niujie community and Zhengjiazhuang for hundreds of years,and can be sorted out and proved in the dimension of economic production,living environment,rural management,cultural integration,and psychological interdependence.In the new era,the cultural path of high-quality development of inter-embedded ethnic communities is mainly carried out from the dimensions of cultural content,cultural communication and cultural innovation.And the excellent traditional Chinese cultural ideas,the mortise-tenon connection included,are the cultural foundation for building the harmonious and vibrant inter-embedded ethnic communities.
