临床路径模式在乳腺外科护理管理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:对临床路径护理模式及常规护理在乳腺外科临床护理管理的临床应用效果进行对比探讨。方法:2021年11月至2023年1月,收集144例于我院乳腺外科进行治疗的乳腺癌病例,通过随机分组的方法将患者分为对照组及护理研究组,两组分别有72例。其中对照组采用常规护理模式,护理研究组则采用临床路径护理模式。结果:护理研究组患者的住院时间及医疗费用均显著降低,且护理研究组的术后并发症发生率更低,两组术后并发症的总发生率分别为5.56%和33.33%。最后,经过临床路径模式护理患者的满意度大幅度增加,达到98.61%,远超过对照组的83.33%。结论:临床路径护理模式能够有效地改善乳腺癌病人的护理水平,从而达到更好的治疗效果,同时也能够缓解病人及其家庭的压力,因此,应当积极地将其应用到临床实践中。Objective:To compare and explore the clinical application effects of clinical pathway nursing mode and routine nursing in breast surgery clinical nursing management.Methods:From November 2021 to January 2023,144 cases of breast cancer treated in our hospital's breast surgery were collected,and the patients were randomly divided into a control group and a nursing research group,with 72 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional nursing mode,while the nursing research group adopted clinical pathway nursing mode.Result:The hospitalization time and medical expenses of patients in the nursing research group were significantly reduced,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the nursing research group.The total incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups was 5.56%and 33.33%,respectively.Finally,the satisfaction of patients with clinical pathway nursing significantly increased,reaching 98.61%,far exceeding 83.33%of the control group.Conclusion:The clinical pathway nursing mode can effectively improve the nursing level of breast cancer patients,so as to achieve better therapeutic effect,and can also relieve the pressure of patients and their families.Therefore,it should be actively applied to clinical practice.
