吗替麦考酚酯联合糖皮质激素在IgA肾病治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究吗替麦考酚酯联合小剂量糖皮质激素对IgA肾病患者免疫球蛋白、肾功能的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2022年6月河南省濮阳市安阳地区医院收治的130例患者,依据患者接受的治疗方法分组,每组65例,对照组单一泼尼松治疗,观察组接受吗替麦考酚酯+糖皮质激素治疗,比较2组治疗后的相关指标。结果2组免疫球蛋白、肾功能、血清相关指标等比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吗替麦考酚酯联合糖皮质激素治疗IgA肾病可以改善患者免疫球蛋白与肾功能相关指标,值得临床推荐。Objective To investigate the effects of mycophenolate mofetil combined with lowdose gluco-corticoids on immunoglobulin and renal function in patients with IgA nephropathy.Methods A total of 130 pa-tients admitted to Anyang District Hospital in Puyang City from January 2020 to June 2022 were enrolled and di-vided into a control group and an observation group according to their medication methods.The control group was treated with prednisone,while the observation group was treated with mycophenolate mofetil combined with gluco-corticoids.The immunoglobulin levels,renal function,and relevant serum indicators were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results The differences in immunoglobulin,renal function,and serum related indica-tors between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of mycophenolate mofetil and glucocorticoids has a significant effect on improving immunoglobulin and renal function related indica-tors in patients,and which is worthy of clinical application and recommendation.
