新疆马传染性贫血病消灭工作考核验收结果分析

摘　　要：【目的】为通过农业农村部对新疆马传染性贫血病消灭工作考核验收,达到消灭标准,实现新疆消灭马传染性贫血病的目标,对巴音郭楞蒙古自治州和静县和伊犁州昭苏县马属动物进行马传染性贫血病检测验证。【方法】参照行业标准《马传染性贫血病琼脂凝胶免疫扩散试验方法》(NY/T569-2002),对马属动物进行马传染性贫血抗体检测。【结果】现场随机采集和静县马血清130份、昭苏县马血清110份,经检测,马传染性贫血抗体均为阴性,表明和静县和昭苏县无患马传染性贫血病的马属动物。【结论】新疆达到马传染性贫血病消灭标准,实现了消灭马传染性贫血病的目标。【Objective】In order to pass the assessment and acceptance of the eradication of equine infectious anemia in Xinjiang by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs,meet the eradication standards and to achieve the goal of eradication of equine infectious anemia,the equine animals in Hejing County of Bayingolin Mongol Autonomous Prefecture and Zhaosu County of Yili Prefecture were randomly detected and verified.【Methods】According to the industry standard"Method of AGAR Gel Immunodiffusion Test for Equine Infectious Anemia"(NY/T569-2002),the antibodies of equine infectious anemia were detected by AGAR gel immunodiffusion test.【Results】130 and 110 serum samples were randomly collected from Hejing County and Zhaosu County,respectively.The detection results showed that,the samples were all negative,indicating that equine animals from Hejing County and Zhaosu County were not infected by equine infectious anemia.【Conclusion】Xinjiang had reached the standard of eradicating equine infectious anemia and realized the goal of eradicating the disease.
