摘　　要：马克思主义宣传教育是国外共产党思想理论建设的题中应有之义。苏东剧变后,国外共产党以史为鉴,顺势而为,坚持马克思主义理论与实践相结合、理论与具体党情相契合、理论与时代发展相统一的原则,在党内外开展了内容全面、形式多样的马克思主义宣传教育,呈现出传统和现代交融、线上和线下联动、专业化和大众化互补的立体化特点。国外共产党积累了丰富的实践经验,即注重马克思主义宣传教育的制度建设,重视宣传教育策略方法的灵活性和务实性、内容和方式的开放性和多元化,并逐步构建起具有当代国际共运特色的话语体系。但是,部分共产党也存在宣传教育体系不健全、时代化和本土化的理论研究成果不足、对网络宣传教育过度依赖以及未能有效解决财政匮乏的困境等问题。Marxist propaganda and education is an important part of the ideological and theoretical con-struction of foreign communist parties.After the drastic change in Soviet Union and East Europe,the for-eign communist party,taking the lessons from history and following the trend,insisted on the principles of combining marxist theory with practice,combining theory with concrete party sentiment,and unifying theory with the development of the times,inside and outside the party launched a comprehensive,diverse form of marxist propaganda and education,which presents the three-dimensional characteristics of tradi-tional and modern integration,online and offline linkage,specialization and popularization complementa-ry.The foreign communist parties have accumulated rich practical experience.They pay attention to the system construction of marxist propaganda and education,to the flexibility and practicality of propaganda and education strategies and methods,and to the openness and pluralism of contents and methods,and gradually build up a discourse system with the characteristics of contemporary international communist movement.However,some communist parties also have some problems,such as imperfect propaganda and education system,insufficient theoretical research results of modernization and localization,over-reli-ance on internet propaganda and education,and lack of effective solution to the predicament of financial scarcity.
