摘　　要：县域作为承上启下、贯通城乡的重要枢纽,是推进全面建设社会主义现代化国家的基础与核心。本文基于“新木桶理论”视角,运用文献资料等研究方法,对县域公共体育服务发展现状展开分析与思考。县域公共体育服务发展的现实瓶颈主要包括底板薄弱、围板间隙以及桶箍限制3个方面,具体表现为服务经费投入不足、多元协同结构失衡、内外主体监督疲软。据此,提出促进服务经费稳步增长以夯实拓宽桶底;引领多元主体融合共治以密合围板间隙;推进数字监督平台以发挥桶箍效用。As an important hub connecting urban and rural areas,the county is the foundation and core of promoting the construction of a modern socialist country in an all-round way.Based on the perspective of"new barrel theory"and using literature and other research methods,this paper analyzes and thinks about the current situation of the development of public sports services in the county.The practical bottlenecks in the development of county public sports services mainly include the weakness of the bottom plate,the gap between the hoard and the restriction of bucket hoops,which are characterized by insufficient investment in service funds,the imbalance of multiple collaborative structures,and weak supervision of internal and external subjects.Based on this,it is proposed to promote the steady growth of service funds to consolidate and widen the bottom of the barrel;to lead the integration and co-governance of multiple subjects to close the gap between the enclosures;and to promote the digital supervision platform to give full play to the utility of the barrel hoop.
