摘　　要：在国际竞技体操比赛中,平衡木与高低杠属于中国女子体操队的优势项目,在东京奥运会女子体操比赛中,中国队也斩获了女子平衡木的冠亚军。然而自2012年程菲退役后,我国女子跳马的发展则一直处于低迷状态。随着技术的不断进步和训练方法的不断改进以及竞技体操的评分标准的不断调整与细化,国际跳马的格局也在不断变革,女子跳马项目的竞争将愈加激烈,跳马的技术难度将不断地提高。因此,掌握国际女子跳马发展动态,突破女子跳马技术困境,提升综合竞技实力是中国女子体操队工作的重点。研究运用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法等研究方法,对第29届北京奥运会至32届东京奥运会等四届奥运会女子跳马单项决赛情况进行分析,旨在探究国际女子跳马项目技术的发展趋势与规律,为中国女子体操队今后的训练方案和比赛策略提供参考性建议。In international competitive gymnastics competitions,balance beam and uneven bars are the dominant events of Chinas women's gymnastics team,and in the Tokyo Olympic Games womens gymnastics competition,the Chinese team also won the first and second place in the women's balance beam.However,since Cheng Fei retired in 2012,the development of Chinas women's vaulting has been in the doldrums.With the continuous progress of technology and training methods,as well as the continuous adjustment and refinement of the scoring standards of competitive gymnastics,the pattern of international vault is also changing,and the competition of women's vaulting will be more and more intense,and the technical difficulty of vaulting will be continuously improved.Therefore,it is the focus of Chinese womens gymnastics team to master the development of international womens vaulting,break through the technical difficulties of womens vaulting and improve the comprehensive competitive strength.The study analyzed the women's vault individual event finals of the four Olympic Games from the 29th Beijing Olympic Games to the 32nd Tokyo Olympic Games by applying the methods of literature,video observation and mathematical statistics,aiming at exploring the development trend and law of the international women's vaulting technique,and providing referential suggestions for the Chinese womens gymnastics teams future training programs and competition strategies.
