手术挂线引流配合冲洗治疗耳廓假性囊肿

摘　　要：目的:探讨手术挂线引流配合冲洗治疗耳廓假性囊肿的疗效。方法:选取2017年9月—2020年9月栖霞市中医医院收治的耳廓假性囊肿患者8例,年龄40~55岁,平均(47.1±4.2)岁,病程2个月~1年。术中将囊肿上下端切开后,彻底清除囊肿内容物,止血钳引导置入引流橡皮条,将引流条两端对合固定。术后每日以生理盐水冲洗囊腔内部。结果:8例耳廓假性囊肿患者全部治愈,治疗后随访6个月,无复发及并发症,美容效果良好。结论:挂线引流配合冲洗借鉴了肛瘘挂线的应用原理,该方法操作简单,疼痛轻且并发症少,美容效果良好,值得推广应用。Objective:To investigate the effect of excision and setons drainage with irrigation in the treatment of pseudocyst of the auricle.Methods:From September 2017 to September 2020,8 patients with pseudocyst of the auricle were treated.The patients aged 40 years to 55 years,with an average of 47.1±4.2 years.The courses of disease ranged from 2 months to 1 years.The pseudocyst was incised from its upper and lower ends to drain the inner content.A seton was inserted from the upper to the lower incision and tied without excessive tension.Daily irrigation with sodium chloride was performed.Results:All the 8 patients were cured.The patients were followed up for six months.All of the patients achieved satisfactory cosmetic outcomes,with no recurrence and no complications.Conclusions:Seton insertion with irrigation is modified from that applied for perianal fistula.This technique has easier procedures,saves more time,and brings less pain,which is worthy of clinical application.
