药品管理与发放制度应用于西药管理中的相关探讨

摘　　要：目的评估改进后的药品管理与发放制度在西药管理中的应用效果,旨在深入了解药品管理和配发制度改善措施的成效与影响。方法回顾性选取2020年12月—2021年12月聊城市第三人民医院西药房92份处方作为对照组(常规管理),另外选取2022年1—12月本院西药房92份处方作为观察组(强化完善药品管理与发放制度)。比较这两个时间段的15名药师的知识考核情况、药房的工作效率、药品的使用状况以及药物配发中的错误率。结果观察组的药物知识、药物管理规定、处方管理、给药技术、用药指导等药师知识考核各板块分值及总分值均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组的处方审核时间、摆药时间、调配处方时间、取药时间、药品盘点时间等药房工作效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出现剂量剂型错误、药物名称混淆、书写录入错误等处方的给药差错率少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药品管理与发放制度的改革措施显著提升了药师的专业知识,提高了药房的工作效率,改善了药品的使用状况,并有效降低了药物配发的错误率,表明该制度改革在西药管理中具有重要的应用价值和实际效果。Objective To evaluate the application effect of the improved drug management and distribution system in western medicine management,the aim is to deeply understand the effectiveness and influence of the improvement measures of drug management and dispensing system.Methods Retrospectively selected 92 prescriptions from the western pharmacy of the Third People's Hospital of Liaocheng City from December 2020 to December 2021 as the control group(routine management),and additionally select 92 prescriptions from the western pharmacy of our hospital from January to December 2022 as the observation group(strengthening and improving the system of drug management and dispensing).By comparing the knowledge assessment of fifteen pharmacists,the work efficiency of pharmacies,the use of drugs and the error rate in drug dispensing in these two periods.Results Drug knowledge,drug management regulations,prescription management,drug administration technology,drug guidance and other knowledge of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The efficiency of prescription review time,dispensing time,prescription preparation time,taking time and drug inventory time in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).In the observation group,the error rate of dosage form error,drug name confusion,writing and input error were all less than that in the observation group,and the difference was statistically sig nificant(P<0.05).Conclusion The reform measures of drug management and distribution system have significantly improved the professional knowledge of pharmacists,increased the work efficiency of pharmacies,improved the use of drugs,and effectively reduced the error rate of drug dispensing.This indicates that the system reform has important application value and practical effect in the management of western medicine.
