全程质控管理模式在消毒供应室护理质量管理中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探究全程质控管理模式在消毒供应室护理质量管理中的应用价值。方法选取南京市六合区人民医院消毒供应中心常规管理模式期间(2021年1—12月)的16名工作者和300件医疗器械作对照组,开展全程质控管理模式期间(2022年1—12月)的16名工作者与300件医疗器械作观察组。对比两组消毒合格率、护理管理质量以及满意度。结果观察组医疗器械消毒合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理管理满意度评分、各项护理管理质量评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论消毒供应室护理管理中,应用全程质控管理模式会提高护理质量。Objective To explore the application value of the full-process quality control management model in nursing quality management in the disinfection supply room.Methods A total of 16 workers and 300 pieces of medical devices were selected as the control group during the routine management mode(from January to December 2021)of Disinfection Supply Center of Nanjing Liuhe District People's Hospital,and 16 workers and 300 pieces of medical devices during the whole-process quality control management mode(from January to December 2022)were selected as the observation group.The qualified rate of disinfection,quality of nursing management and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The qualified rate of medical device disinfection in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing management satisfaction scores and nursing management quality scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing management of the disinfection supply room,applying the full-process quality control management model will improve the quality of nursing care.
