摘 要:目的血站血液成分制备中实施质量控制管理的方法及效果分析。方法选取丹阳市血站质量管理科的20名工作人员作为研究对象,根据管理方法的不同将其分为两组,每组10名。于2021年9月—2022年9月实施常规管理的设为常规管理组,于2022年10月—2023年9月实施血站血液成分制备质量控制管理的设为质量控制管理组,并以实施管控办法前后的各100份血液制备样本为研究对象,对两组工作人员质控管理评分、血样报废情况、差错情况进行分析对比。结果质量控制管理组的血源管控、采集管理、制备管控、质检管理、血液运输、储备管理及使用管理积分均高于常规管理组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);质量控制管理组的血液报废率显著低于常规管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过将质量控制管理应用于血站血液成分制备中,可有效提高血液成分制备质量,降低出现报废样本概率,减少出现应用改错次数,有较高的安全效果。Objective To anlayse the methods and effects of quality control management in the preparation of blood components in blood stations.Methods A total of 20 medical staff from the quality management Department of Danyang Blood Station were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups according to different management methods,with 10 people in each group.Those who implement routine management from September 2021 to September 2022 were the routine management group;those who implement quality control management of blood component preparation in blood stations from October 2022 to September 2023 were the quality control management group,and 100 blood preparation samples before and after the implementation of the control measures were taken as the study objects.Researchers'quality control management scores,blood sample scrapping and error were analyzed and compared.Results The scores of blood source control,collection management,preparation management,quality inspection management,blood transportation,reserve management and use management in the quality control management group were higher than those in the conventional management group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05);the blood scrap rate in the quality control management group was significantly lower than that in the conventional management group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion By applying quality control management to the preparation of blood components in blood stations,it can effectively improve the preparation quality of blood components,reduce the probability of scrap samples,reduce the number of application errors,and have a high safety effect.
