摘 要:工会预算管理在医院组织中具有重要意义,是工会经费管理的核心环节。随着医院规模的扩张、会员数量的增加以及工会职能的加强,工会经费管理面临日益增加的挑战。为此,本文将运用PDCA循环法对医院工会经费预算管理的各个环节进行深入分析,揭示存在的不足之处,并提出改进的措施,以建立一个系统完善、精确高效、可靠的工会预算管理体系,提升工会经费预算管理的质量和水平,通过循环的改进过程,逐步优化预算管理流程,从而实现预算目标的达成,为工会经费的科学合理使用提供坚实保障。Union budget management is of great significance in hospital organization and is the core link of union fund management.With the expansion of hospitals,the increase in the number of members,and the strengthening of union functions,union fund management is facing increasing challenges.To this end,this article will use the PDCA cycle method to conduct an in-depth analysis of all aspects of hospital union budget management,reveal existing shortcomings,and propose improvement measures.In order to establish a systematic,accurate,efficient and reliable trade union budget management system,improve the quality and level of trade union budget management,and gradually optimize the budget management process through a cyclic improvement process.This will achieve the achievement of budget goals and provide a solid guarantee for the scientific and rational use of union funds.
