摘　　要：学科联盟是探索专业学科深度,集中各个领域资源的重要组织,是医疗、工业未来发展的重要方面,需要对这方面进行深入研究。本文以国康集团肾内科学科联盟作为研究对象,分析当前存在的实际问题,从完善联动机制、构建帮扶机制、组织集团学术活动等维度,详细分析具体的机制建立方案,从增加人力资源、开展信息化建设、拓展业务类型、合作科研立项等方面,具体分析专科发展策略,旨在为更多医疗集团探索学科联盟建设提供技术指导。Discipline alliance is an important organization that explores the depth of professional disciplines and pools resources in various fields.It is an important aspect of the future development of medicine and industry and requires in-depth research on this aspect.This article takes Guokang Group Nephrology Scientific Alliance as the research object to analyze the current practical problems.Detailed analysis of specific mechanism establishment plans from the dimensions of improving linkage mechanisms,building assistance mechanisms,and organizing group academic activities,and detailed analysis of junior college development strategies from aspects such as increasing human resources,carrying out informatization construction,expanding business types,and establishing cooperative scientific research projects.It aims to provide technical guidance for more medical groups to explore the construction of disciplinary alliances.
