摘 要:品质管控在房地产项目开发中发挥着至关重要的作用.本文将重点围绕设计品质和建造品质展开阐述.通过对房地产项目开发品质管控进行概述,文章在设计阶段品质力提升与保障方面提出了品质标准、产品管控、质量管控和产品评估四方面措施,在强化建造过程中的品质管控方面提出品质供应链、样板引路等五方面措施,通过在这两方面进行精心的管理和控制,房地产企业可以提高其核心竞争力,提供高品质的产品和服务,以满足客户的需求,实现项目的长期成功.Quality control plays a crucial role in the development of real estate projects.This article will focus on the elaboration of design quality and construction quality.By summarizing the quality control of real estate project development,the article proposes four measures for improving and ensuring quality during the design phase:quality standards,product control,quality control,and product evaluation.In strengthening quality control during the construction process,five measures are proposed,including quality supply chain and sample guidance.By carefully managing and controlling these two aspects,real estate enterprises can improve their core competitiveness,Provide high-quality products and services to meet customer needs and achieve long-term project success.
