摘 要:在公路隧道建设及运营过程中,为掌握隧道结构状态变化规律,通常通过监测隧道结构的沉降、变形和受力等数据,分析隧道结构的变形情况,预测隧道结构变化趋势。在上述数据分析过程中,通常将所采集数据通过离线方式导入Excel、Origin等软件中进行分析并将结果进行图表展示。针对其存在的数据分析时效滞后、利用效率低、状态结果获取复杂等不足,将建筑信息模型(BIM)技术与隧道监控量测信息相结合,设计并开发公路隧道结构状态可视化系统。研究公路隧道土建结构及相关规范对隧道工程构件的划分,提出隧道模型构件分类方式,并以此为基础构建隧道BIM、设计隧道构件及结构状态监测传感器的编码方式;参照现有隧道稳定性判定的研究,提出基于隧道结构状态系数的结构状态等级划分方法,同时设计结构状态数据的可视化映射方案及关联BIM方法;以隧道三维空间模型、隧道结构信息及状态监测数据库为基础,结合三阶段可视化流程在Unity 3D引擎中实现公路隧道结构状态的三维可视化;采用B/S架构,在云服务器中实现监控量测数据的云端管理及可视化系统部署。依托宝汉(宝鸡—汉中)高速连城山隧道,验证了隧道结构状态三维可视化、结构状态正向仿真等系统功能,可为提升公路隧道全生命周期数字化管理水平提供技术支撑。In the process of highway tunnel construction and operation,in order to grasp the change law of tunnel structure,the deformation of tunnel structure is usually analyzed by monitoring the settlement,deformation and force of tunnel structure,and the change trend of tunnel structure is predicted.In the above data analysis process,the collected data is usually imported offline into Excel,Origin and other software for analysis,and displays the results in charts and tables.Aiming at its many deficiencies,such as timeliness hysteresis in data analysis,inefficient utilization,great difficulty in results acquisition,etc.,BIM technology was combined with tunnel monitoring and measurement information,a structural state visualization system for highway tunnels was designed and developed.The division of tunnel engineering components by the civil structure of highway tunnels and related specifications was studied,and the classification method of tunnel model components was proposed.On this basis,the tunnel BIM model was constructed,and the coding method of tunnel components and structural condition monitoring sensors were designed.Referring to the research on the stability determination of existing tunnels,a structural state classification method based on tunnel structural state coefficients was proposed,and a visual mapping scheme and associated BIM method for structural state data were designed.Based on the tunnel three-dimensional space model,tunnel structural information,monitoring measurement database,and the three-stage visualization process,the 3D visualization of the highway tunnel structural state was realized using the Unity 3D engine.The Browser/Server architecture was adopted to realize cloud management of monitoring measurement data and deployment of visualization systems on the cloud server.Relying on the Lianchengshan Highway Tunnel in the Baohan(Baoji-Hanzhong) Highway,the system functions such as 3D visualization and forward simulation of the structural state of the tunnel were verified.It provides technical s
