摘  要:针对高超声速目标机动能力强导致对其实时跟踪分配计算量大的问题,提出了一种基于雷达网责任区划分的资源管理方法。通过将雷达网发射的能量和延迟跟踪代价之和最小化作为优化目标,建立雷达网资源管理模型,根据模型求解结果提出最小化网内雷达最大资源需求的责任区划分方法,推导考虑目标分布密度的责任区最优划分公式,将雷达网探测高超声速目标的资源分配问题简化为确定目标落入哪个区域的问题,实现对该类目标的预先跟踪分配。仿真结果表明,对跟踪性能影响不大的情况下,所提方法可对防御区域内最大约40%的目标跟踪任务进行预先分配,显著降低了实时目标分配算法的计算量,雷达资源使用的鲁棒性较好。To solve the problem of high computational effort for real-time track assignment of highly maneuverable hypersonic targets, a resource management method is proposed based on responsibility area partitioning of radar network. To minimize the sum of the energy emitted by the radar network and the cost of track delays, a model for radar network resource management is established. Based on the results obtained from the model, a responsibility area partitioning method is proposed to minimize the maximum resource demand of radars within the network. Furthermore, a formula for optimizing the responsibility area partitioning considering the density of target distribution is derived, simplifying the resource allocation problem to determining which area the target falls into and enabling advanced track allocation for such targets. Simulation results demonstrate that with the minimal influence on track performance, the proposed method can pre-allocate approximately 40% of the maximum target track tasks within the defense area, thus significantly reducing the computational effort of real-time target allocation algorithms and enhancing the robustness of radar resource utilization.
