摘　　要：严重产后出血是导致孕产妇死亡或脏器损伤的主要原因。文章就严重产后出血的危险因素及早期预警指标进行阐述,旨在为产科医师对严重产后出血的早期识别和预警提供指导。Severe postpartum hemorrhage is the main cause of death or organ damage in pregnant and postpartum women.The article elaborates on the risk factors and early warning indicators of severe postpartum emorrhage,aiming to provide obstetricians with guidance in early identification and warning of severe postpartum hemorrhage.
