摘  要:Micronutrient deficiencies affect more than two billion people worldwide,resulting in poor health,developmental issues,and even death.Iron deficiency is one of the most prevalent micronutrient deficiencies worldwide and impacts approximately one-third of the global population.It can lead to anemia,fatigue.
