摘 要:CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑技术作为一项革命性的生物技术,为基因组编辑提供了高效、精准的工具,然而其广泛应用也引发了众多生物伦理和法律挑战。本研究旨在探讨CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑技术在生物伦理和法律层面所面临的问题。本研究介绍了CRISPR/Cas9技术的基本原理和其在生物学、农业等领域的应用,详细探讨了基因编辑技术可能引发的伦理问题,包括人类基因编辑的道德边界、遗传信息的安全性等,还分析了基因编辑技术在法律方面的挑战,如知识产权、监管标准和医疗法律责任等。通过综合评述生物伦理和法律领域的争议和讨论,本研究旨在促进对CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑技术应用的全面理解和审慎考虑。CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing is a revolutionary biotechnology that provides an efficient and precise tool for genome editing,but its widespread use has also led to numerous bioethical and legal challenges.This review aims to explore the bioethical and legal aspects of CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing technology.This review introduces the basic principle of CRISPR/Cas9 technology and its application in biology,agriculture and other fields,discusses in detail the ethical issues that may be caused by gene editing technology,including the moral boundary of human gene editing,the security of genetic information,and analyzes the legal challenges of gene editing technology.Examples include intellectual property rights,regulatory standards and medical legal liability.Through a comprehensive review of bioethical and legal controversies and discussions,this review aims to promote a comprehensive understanding and careful consideration of the applications of CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing technology.
