摘 要:新引的路易斯安那鸢尾在陆地栽培条件下易发生叶部病害,严重影响了其景观价值。为对陆生路易斯安那鸢尾叶部病害的精准防控提供科学依据,开展了陆生路易斯安那鸢尾叶部病害病原分离与鉴定研究。以陆地栽培的路易斯安那鸢尾病叶为试材,采用组织分离法、柯赫氏法则对病原进行分离和致病性检验,以及采用对致病病原菌的形态学观察分析和分子生物学鉴定等方法,研究鉴定了陆生路易斯安那鸢尾叶部病害的病原种类。结果表明,从病组织中分离出了6种真菌YW1~YW6,鉴定出5种为致病真菌(YW1,YW2, YW4, YW5, YW6);其中YW1为镰刀菌属藤仓镰刀菌(Fusarium fujikuroi);YW2、YW6分别为枝孢属枝状枝孢菌(Cladosporium cladosporioides)、甘薯内寄生菌(Cladosporium anthropophilum);YW4、YW5分别为青霉属扩展青霉(Penicillium expansum)、皮落青霉菌(Penicillium crustosum)。本研究结果丰富了路易斯安那鸢尾叶部病害的病原,为陆生路易斯安那鸢尾叶部病害的综合防控提供了科学依据。The newly introduced iris louisiana was prone to leaf diseases under terrestrial cultivation conditions,which seriously affected its landscape value.In order to provide a scientific basis for the precise prevention and control of terrestrial iris louisiana leaf diseases,a study on the isolation and characterization of terrestrial Iris hybrids'Louisiana'leaf disease pathogens was carried out.Using the leaves of iris louisiana cultivated on land as test materials,we studied and identified the pathogen species of terrestrial iris louisiana leaf diseases by using tissue isolation method,Koch's law for isolation and pathogenicity test of pathogens,as well as by using morphological observation and analysis and molecular biology identification of pathogenic pathogens.The results showed that six species of fungi,YW1 to YW6,were isolated from diseased tissues,and five species were identified as pathogenic fungi(YW1,YW2,YW4,YW5,YW6);among them,YW1 is Fusarium fujikuroi;YW2 and YW6 are Cladosporium cladosporioides and Cladosporium anthropophilum,respectively;YW4 and YW5 are Penicillium expansum and Penicillium crustosum,respectively.The results of this study enriched the pathogens of leaf diseases of iris louisiana.and provided scientific basis for the comprehensive control of leaf diseases of terrestrial iris louisiana.
