摘  要:本研究以2份抗寒性具有显著差异的侧钝叶草(Stenotaphrum secundatum)品系S13(抗寒材料)与S55(敏感材料)进行模拟低温处理,在0(CK)、3、7、14 d测定其光合性能,对其光合差异进行分析。结果表明,随着低温胁迫时间的延长,两份材料的净光合速率(P_(n))、气孔导度(G_(s))和蒸腾速率(T_(r))均显著(P<0.05)下降,而S13胞间CO_(2)浓度(C_(i))呈先显著(P<0.05)降后显著(P<0.05)升的趋势,S55前期平稳后期显著(P<0.05)上升,说明低温胁迫前期是由于气孔限制因素引起的侧钝叶草P_(n)下降,后期是非气孔因素;叶绿素含量(Chl)、类胡萝卜素含量(Car)和叶绿素荧光参数(F_(v)/F_(m))均呈逐步下降趋势,说明侧钝叶草受到光抑制。两份材料规律基本一致,但对低温胁迫的反应存在显著差异(P<0.05)。低温处理3 d后,S13的Chl、Car和F_(v)/F_(m)显著(P<0.05)高于S55;低温处理7 d后,S13的P_(n)、G_(s)、T_(r)、Chl、Car和F_(v)/F_(m)均显著(P<0.05)高于S55;低温处理14 d后,S13的P_(n)、Chl和Car仍显著(P<0.05)高于S55,其他指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。本试验通过研究低温处理对不同侧钝叶草材料光合特性的影响,为钝叶草抗寒栽培和育种研究提供参考。Two strains of Stenotaphrum secundatum,which were cold resistant material S13 and sensitive material S55 based on previous studies,were analyzed on the differences in photosynthesis at 0,3,7 and 14 d through simulated low temperature treatment.The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate(P_(n)),stomatal conductance(G_(s))and transpiration rate(T_(r))of the two materials decreased significantly with the extension of cold stress time,while the intercellular CO_(2)concentration(C_(i))rised after the first drop,indicating that the P of S.secundatum decreased due to stomatal limitation factors in the early stage of cold stress,but not due to stomatal factors in the later stage.The chlorophyll content(Chl),carotenoids content(Car)and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters(F_(v)/F_(m))showed a gradual decreasing trend,which indicated that S.secundatum was photoinhibition.After 3 days of low temperature treatment,the Chl,Car and F_(v)/F_(m)of S13 were significantly higher than those of S55,but there was no significant difference in photosynthetic parameters.After 7 days of low temperature treatment,P_(n),G_(s),T_(r),Chl,Car and F_(v)/F_(m)of S13 were significantly higher than those of S55,and C_(i)was lower than that of S55.After 14 days of low temperature treatment,P_(n),Chl and Car of S13 were still significantly higher than those of S55,C_(i)was lower than that of S55,and there was no significant difference in other indexes.This experiment was conducted to study the effects of low temperature treatment on photosynthetic characteristics of different S.secundatum,so as to provide reference for the cold-resistant cultivation and breeding of S.secundatum.
