摘　　要：本研究旨在深入探讨南繁地区作物育种中法律法规与知识产权问题,并提出应对策略。针对当前面临的法律问题,包括知识产权平衡、农民权益保护和国际合作标准化差异,提出了解决之道。对未来发展提出建议,强调了知识产权保护与资源共享的平衡、农民参与和权益保护以及国际合作与标准化的重要性。为促进南繁育种法律法规的健康发展,呼吁在法律制度中多方合作、平衡各利益相关者权益,并实现资源共享与创新并重。本研究旨在指导南繁地区作物育种法律法规的未来制定与完善,推动该领域向着更加健康、可持续的方向发展,为其深入研究提供科学依据。This study aims to delve into the legal and intellectual property issues in crop breeding in the southern region and propose strategies to address them.Solutions are proposed for current legal issues,including balancing intellectual property rights,protecting farmers'interests,and addressing international cooperation standardization differences.Recommendations for future development emphasize the importance of balancing intellectual property protection with resource sharing,farmer participation and rights protection,and international cooperation and standardization.To promote the healthy development of legal regulations in southern crop breeding,collaboration among stakeholders,balancing interests,and achieving a synergy between resource sharing and innovation are advocated within the legal framework.This study contributes to guiding the future formulation and improvement of legal regulations in crop breeding in the southern region,pushing the field toward a healthier and more sustainable direction.
