综合保温措施对腹腔镜下胃肠手术患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探究腹腔镜下胃肠手术患者实施综合保温措施的效果以及价值。方法本次研究纳入天津市南开医院2022年1月—2023年3月收治的腹腔镜下胃肠手术患者62例,随机分为对照组和保温组各31例,对照组患者采取常规手术室护理,保温组患者在对照组基础上手术前后实施全程综合保温措施干预。比较两组患者不同时间点鼻温、完全清醒时间、拔管时间、首次排气时间、排便时间、进食时间以及护理满意率。结果两组患者入院时和进入手术室时鼻温比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);保温组患者手术开始时、术中1 h、手术结束时和术后完全清醒时鼻温均高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。保温组患者完全清醒时间、拔管时间、首次排气时间、排便时间和进食时间短于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。保温组患者护理满意率为96.77%,高于对照组的77.42%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.1667,P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下胃肠手术患者实施综合保温措施能取得较好效果,可维持患者手术前后体温,促进患者更快恢复,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the effect and value of comprehensive insulation in laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery.Methods A total of 62 patients with laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery admitted to Tianjin Nankai Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were included in this study and randomly divided into control group and insulation group with 31 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine operating room nursing,and the patients in the insulation group received comprehensive insulation measures intervention before and after surgery on the basis of the control group.The nasal temperature at different time points,full wakefulness time,extubation time,first exhaust time,defecation time,feeding time and nursing satisfaction rate of patients between two groups were compared.Results There were no statistically significant differences in nasal temperature between the two groups of patients at admission and in the operating room(P>0.05);the nasal temperature of patients in the insulation group were higher than those of the control group at the beginning of surgery,1 hour during surgery,at the end of surgery,and when fully awake after surgery,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The full wakefulness time,extubation time,first exhaust time,defecation time,and feeding time of patients in the insulation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P>0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing for patients in the insulation group was 96.77%,which was higher than the control group's 77.42%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.1667,P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive insulation measures for laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery could achieve good results,maintain the body temperature of patients before and after surgery,promote faster recovery of patients,which was worthy of clinical application and promotion.
