超声造影在复杂性肛瘘患者术前检查中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察超声造影在复杂性肛瘘患者术前检查中的应用效果。方法:本研究参与者为2020年3月至2023年2月我院收治的66例复杂性肛瘘患者,均采用经括约肌间瘘管结扎术治疗,将其分为对照组30例和观察组36例。对照组患者术前采用常规超声检查,观察组患者采用超声造影检查,记录2组患者手术时间、住院时间以及出血量,以手术诊断结果为金标准,比较2组患者内口、支管、主管、脓腔诊断准确率。结果:观察组患者手术时间、住院时间以及出血量均明显短于或少于对照组(P<0.05),内口、支管、主管、脓腔诊断准确率均明显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:超声造影在复杂性肛瘘患者术前检查中对内口、支管等的诊断准确率更高,并且能减少手术用时,减少术中出血量,缩短住院时间。Objective To observe the application effect of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)in pre-operative examination of patients with complex anal fistula.Methods Total sixty-six patients with com-plex anal fistula admitted to our hospital from March 2020to February 2023were treated with ligation of the intersphincteric fistula tract(LIFT).They were divided into the control group(30patients)and the ob-servation group(36patients).Patients in the control group underwent routine ultrasonography before oper-ation,while patients in the observation group underwent CEUS.The operation time,hospital stay and blood loss of patients in the two groups were recorded.The diagnostic accuracy rates of of the internal opening,primary fistula,secondary fistula and abscess of patients in the two groups were compared,with the surgi-cal diagnosis results as the gold standard.Results Operation time,hospital stay and blood loss were sig-nificantly shorter or less in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The diagnostic ac-curacy rates of the internal opening,primary fistula,secondary fistula and abscess were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CEUS has a higher diagnos-tic accuracy rate of the internal opening and secondary fistula,etc.in the preoperative examination of pa-tients with complex anal fistula,and can reduce the operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay.
