摘  要:高压大功率光电混装水密连接器是水下传输系统、海底观测系统、海底探测系统的重要组成部分,是海底复合缆与设备连接的纽带。为了实现相关技术的自主可控,展开了高压大功率光电混装水密连接器的设计。通过对连接器的耐高压结构、光单元精密对接结构、耐水压密封结构等设计,确保连接器具有优异的电能、电信号、光信号传输功能,实现工作水深3000 m、插入损耗≤0.8 dB、工作电压AC 8 kV、工作电流40 A/芯、接触电阻<1 mΩ、绝缘电阻(DC 500 V)>5000 MΩ、插拔次数≥500次、工作温度-5~60℃。该连接器的成功研制推动了水密连接器技术的国产化,成为保证海底各种系统正常运行的关键。The high-voltage and high-power opto-electric hybrid watertight connector is an important component of underwater transmission systems,submarine observation systems,and submarine detection systems,and is the link between submarine composite cables and equipments.In order to achieve independent and controllable related technologies,the design of high-voltage and high-power opto-electric hybrid watertight connector has been carried out.Through the design of high-voltage resistant structure,optical unit precise docking structure,water pressure resistant sealing structure and other structures of the connector,it is ensured that the connector has excellent power,electric signal and optical signal transmission functions.The connector achieves the working water depth of 3 oo0 m,insertion loss<o.8 dB,working voltage AC 8 kV,working current 40 A/core,contact resistance<1 mΩ,insulation resistance(DC 500 V)>5000 MΩ,plugging times≥500,and working temperature-5~60℃.The successful development of this connector has promoted the localization of watertight connector technology,becoming the key to ensuring the normal operation of various submarine systems.
