摘  要:对食管癌的病因病机及典型病案进行分析,总结李志刚教授对食管癌的临床经验。李志刚教授提倡健脾肺和滋肾阴以护卫正气;重视情志与肿瘤的关系,将调畅情志贯穿食管癌治疗的始终;针对食管癌痰气交阻证、痰瘀互结证、津亏热结证、正虚毒蕴4种证型,临证配伍,活用经方。The etiology, pathogenesis, and typical cases of esophageal cancer were analyzed, and the clinical experience of Professor LI Zhigang on esophageal cancer was summarized. Professor LI Zhigang advocates invigorating the spleen and lungs and nourishing kidney Yin to protect healthy Qi;Paying attention to the relationship between emotion and tumor, and regulating emotion throughout the treatment of esophageal cancer;according to the four types of syndrome of esophageal cancer, the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis, the syndrome of fluid deficiency and heat, and the syndrome of positive deficiency and poison accumulation, the combination of clinical symptoms and the active use of Jingfang.
