摘 要:目的 建立连续流动分析法测定公共场所游泳池水中尿素含量。方法 游泳池水样直接用连续流动分析仪测定尿素含量,分析亚硝酸盐、余氯等干扰物对尿素测定结果的影响,评估不同仪器型号的连续流动分析仪的方法适应性。将连续流动分析法与国家标准检测方法 GB/T 18204.2-2014(国标比色法)测定相关结果进行统计学分析。结果 尿素在0.10~10.00 mg/L的浓度范围与响应值呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数(r)为0.999 8,方法检出限(MDL)为0.014 mg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)<0.5%,平均回收率范围为92.9%~102.5%。连续流动分析方法与国标比色法对于同一样品的检测结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 连续流动分析法测定游泳池水中尿素含量在线性范围、准确度和精密度方面优于国标比色法,该方法操作简单、高效,适合大批量样品检测。Objective To establish a continuous flow analysis method for the determination of urea in swimming pool water in public places.Methods Urea content in swimming pool water samples was determined by continuous flow analyzer.The influence of nitrite,residual chlorine and other disturbing substances on urea determination results was investigated.The method adaptability of different instrument models of continuous flow analyzers was evaluated.The results of continuous flow analysis method were statistically analyzed with GB/T 18204.2-2014(national standard colorimetric method).Results The concentration range of urea from 0.10 mg/L to 10.00 mg/L showed a good linear relationship with the response value and the linear correlation coefficient(r)was 0.9998.The method detection limit(MDL)was 0.014 mg/L.The relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 0.5%,and the recovery rate was between 92.9%to 102.5%.There was no statisti-cally significant difference between continuous flow analysis method and national standard colorimetric method in the detec-tion results of the same sample(P>0.05).Conclusion The continuous flow analysis method is superior to the national standard colorimetric method in linear range,accuracy,and precision for the determination of urea content in swimming pool water.The method is simple,efficient and suitable for the detection of large quantities of samples.
