芜湖市2015-2022年淋病流行特征与趋势分析

摘　　要：目的 分析2015-2022年芜湖市淋病的流行特征,为开展淋病防治工作提供依据。方法 应用Excel及SPSS 21.0软件进行数据处理,回顾性分析2015-2022年芜湖市报告的淋病病例资料。结果 2015-2022年,芜湖市共报告2 687例淋病病例,报告发病率由2015年的7.37/10万增长到2022年的9.26/10万,总体呈上升趋势(χ^(2)_(趋势)=10.080,P=0.001)。报告淋病病例男女性别比为5.96∶1,从2015年的10.67∶1下降至2022年的3.99∶1,总体呈下降趋势(χ^(2)_(趋势)=10.760,P=0.001)。78.04%的淋病病例集中在15~39岁年龄组,15~19岁年龄组(χ^(2)_(趋势)=141.451,P<0.001)和20~24岁年龄组(χ^(2)_(趋势)=71.469,P<0.001)报告发病率均呈上升趋势。男、女淋病的发病高峰年龄前移,呈现年轻化趋势。淋病报告病例数居前3位的职业分别是家务及待业(38.56%)、农民(15.41%)及商业服务(14.18%)。结论 芜湖市淋病报告发病率呈现上升趋势,要广泛开展淋病相关宣传活动,完善淋病的诊断报告管理工作。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of gonorrhea in Wuhu City from 2015 to 2022,and pro-vide a basis for effective prevention and treatment measures.Methods Excel and SPSS 21.O were used to analyze the data of gonorrhea cases reported in Wuhu from 2015 to 2022.Results From 2015 to 2022,a total of 2687 cases of gonorrhea were reported in Wuhu City,and the reported incidence rate increased from 7.37/100000 in 2015 to 9.26/100000 in 2022,showing an overll upward trend(x^(2)_(trend)=10.080,P=0.001).The gender ratio between men and women was 5.96:1,decreasing from 10.67:1 in 2015 to 3.99:1 in 2022,with a general downward trend(Xena=10.760,P=0.001).78.04% of cases were concentrated in the age group of 15-39 year old.The incidence rate reported by the 15-19 age group(x^(2)_(trend)=141.451,P<0.001)and the 20-24 age group(x^(2)_(trend)=71.469,P<0.001)showed an upward trend.The peak age of onset of gonorrhea in males and females had shifted forward,showing a younger trend.The top three occupations were household and unemployed(38.56%),farmers(15.41%)and business services(14.18%),respectively.Conclusion The reported incidence rate of gonorrhea in Wuhu City is on the rise.It is necessary to extensively carry out gonorrhea re-lated publicity activities and improve the management of gonorrhea diagnosis reports.
