摘  要:神经系统的组织损伤、炎症、创伤及原发性病变等损害性因素可导致伤害性神经元过度兴奋而诱发异位电活动产生神经病理性疼痛(NP)。富血小板血浆(PRP)富含大量细胞因子及生长因子,可阻止促炎介质释放并促进抗炎介质释放,进而促进炎症消退,并促进受损神经轴突再生和局部神经再支配,加快感觉、运动神经传导速度的恢复,降低神经元的过度兴奋,改善和消除NP。PRP所释放的细胞因子的抗炎及镇痛作用可能会为NP的治疗提供一种新思路。Damage factors such as tissue injury,inflammation,trauma and primary lesions of the nervous system can lead to excessive excitation of noxious neurons and induce ectopic electrical activity to produce neuropathic pain(NP).Platelet-rich plasma(PRP)is rich in a large number of cytokines and growth factors,which can prevent the release of pro-inflammatory mediators and promote the release of anti-inflammatory mediators,thus promoting the regression of inflammation,promoting the regeneration of damaged nerve axons and local nerve reinnervation,accelerating the recovery of sensory and motor nerve conduction velocity,reducing the over excitation of neurons,and improving and eliminating NP.The anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of cytokines released by PRP may provide a new idea for the treatment of NP.
