摘　　要：布氏杆菌病是一种由布氏杆菌引发的具有高度传染性的细菌性人畜共患疾病,在我国属乙类传染病。脊柱炎是布氏杆菌病常见的并发症之一,可严重降低患者劳动能力,影响患者生活质量。目前临床诊断布氏杆菌性脊柱炎(BS)需结合患者的接触史、临床表现和实验室检查等综合判断,利用基因检测行早期诊断已成为研究热点。目前关于BS主要采用药物治疗为主,手术治疗方法也逐渐趋向于微创技术。全面了解目前BS诊断和治疗的现状,可以为患者的治疗提供新思路。Brucellosis is a highly infectious bacterial zoonotic disease caused by brucella,which belongs to class B infectious disease in China.Spondylitis is one of the common complications of brucellosis,which can seriously reduce the working ability and affect the quality of life of the patients.At present,the clinical diagnosis of brucellosis spondylitis(BS)should be combined with the comprehensive judgment of the patient's contact history,clinical manifestations and laboratory examination,and the use of gene detection for early diagnosis has become a hot research topic.Currently,BS is mainly treated with drugs,and the surgical treatment is gradually moving towards minimally invasive technology.A comprehensive understanding of the current diagnosis and treatment of BS can provide new ideas for the treatment of the patients.
