血必净注射液防治糖尿病肾病的研究进展

摘　　要：近年来,糖尿病肾病(DN)的发病率和死亡率呈升高趋势。目前,临床上DN以西医治疗为主,但仍缺乏行之有效的治疗药物。中医药以其系统性、毒副作用小等优点,在DN的治疗中发挥重要作用。中药复方制剂血必净注射液在DN临床治疗中具有良好的疗效。探索血必净注射液在DN治疗中的应用情况,包括单独使用、与西药联合使用以及单味药材在DN治疗中的作用,可为血必净注射液在DN患者中的临床应用和基础研究提供参考依据。In recent years,the incidence and mortality rates of diabetic nephropathy(DN)have been on the rise.Current clinical treatment of DN mainly relies on western medicine,but there is still a lack of effective therapeutic drugs.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),known for its systemic approach and minimal toxicity and side effects,has emerged as a valuable option for DN treatment.TCM compound preparation Xuebijing injection has shown promising results in the clinical management of DN.Exploring the application of Xuebijing injection in the treatment of DN,including single use,combination with western medicine,and the role of single herbal medicine in DN treatment,can provide reference for the clinical application and basic research of Xuebijing injection in DN patients.
