清肝汤联合甲巯咪唑治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨清肝汤联合甲巯咪唑治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月菏泽市定陶区人民医院收治的甲状腺功能亢进症患者96例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组采用甲巯咪唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用清肝汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、中医证候积分、住院时间。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗前,两组烦躁易怒、手指震颤、颈部肿大积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组烦躁易怒、手指震颤、颈部肿大积分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:清肝汤联合甲巯咪唑治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的临床效果显著,能够减少不良反应,改善患者症状,促进患者康复。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Qinggan decoction combined with thiamazole in the treatment of hyperthyroidism.Methods:A total of 96 patients with hyperthyroidism admitted to Heze Dingtao People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with thiamazole,and the observation group was treated with Qinggan decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions,TCM syndrome scores,and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of irritability,finger tremor and neck swelling between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of irritability,finger tremor and neck swelling in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Qinggan decoction combined with thiamazole has significant clinical effect in the treatment of hyperthyroidism,and can reduce adverse reactions,improve patients'symptoms and promote patients'recovery.
