小柴胡汤加味联合常规疗法治疗感染后咳嗽邪郁少阳证的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析小柴胡汤加味联合常规疗法治疗感染后咳嗽邪郁少阳证的临床效果。方法:选取2020年10月—2023年10月湖南中医药大学附属常德医院收治的感染后咳嗽邪郁少阳证患者60例作为研究对象,经随机数字表法分为研究组和常规组,各30例。常规组给予可待因桔梗片联合氯雷他定片治疗,研究组在常规组基础上给予小柴胡汤加味治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.037)。治疗前,两组咳嗽、咳痰、口干或口苦、咽干、咽痒、胸闷、咳引胁痛积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组咳嗽、咳痰、口干或口苦、咽干、咽痒、胸闷、咳引胁痛积分低于治疗前,且研究组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组咳嗽症状消失时间短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:小柴胡汤加味联合常规疗法治疗感染后咳嗽邪郁少阳证的临床效果较好,能够减轻症状,促进患者康复。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of modified Xiaochaihu decoction combined with conventional therapy in the treatment of postinfectious cough with stagnant pathogen of Shaoyang.Methods:A total of 60 patients with postinfectious cough with stagnant pathogen of Shaoyang admitted to Changde Hospital Affiliated to Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the study group and the conven-tional group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with codeine phosphate and platycodon tablets and loratadine tablets,and the study group was treated withmodified Xiaochaihu de-coction on the basis of the conventional group.The clinical treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.037).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of cough,expectoration,dry mouth or bit-ter mouth,dry throat,itching throat,chest tightness,and cough-induced hypochondriac pain between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of cough,expectoration,dry mouth or bitter mouth,dry throat,itching throat,chest tightness,and cough-induced hypochondriac pain in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the study group were lower those in the conventional group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough symptoms in the study group was shorter than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Modified Xiaochaihu decoction combined with conventional therapy has a good clinical effect in the treat-ment of postinfectious cough with stagnant pathogen of Shaoyang,can alleviate symptoms and promote the recovery of patients.
