中药穴位贴敷联合正念疗法在骨折卧床便秘患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析中药穴位贴敷联合正念疗法在骨折卧床便秘患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年3—12月甘肃省武威肿瘤医院收治的100例骨折卧床患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予中药穴位贴敷联合正念疗法。比较两组症状消失时间、心理状态评分、生活质量评分。结果:观察组腹胀、便秘、腹痛消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。干预前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组SAS、SDS评分低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组社会能力、躯体功能、心理功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组社会能力、躯体功能、心理功能评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药穴位贴敷联合正念疗法在骨折卧床便秘患者中的应用效果显著,能够改善患者症状,减轻负面情绪,提高生活质量。Objective:To analyze the application effect of Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with mindfulness therapy in bedridden patients with fractures and constipation.Methods:A total of 100 bedridden patients with fractures admitted to Gansu Wuwei Tumour Hospital from March 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with mindfulness therapy on the basis of the control group.The time of symptom disappearance,mental state score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of abdominal distention,constipation and abdominal pain disappearance in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of social ability,physical function and psychological function between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of social ability,physical function and psychological function in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with mindfulness therapy has a significant effect in bedridden patients with fractures and constipation,and can ameliorate the symptoms of patients,rel
