摘 要:提出了一种新型多孔挡墙-气幕挡墙组合的控流方法,以某厂单流板坯中间包为对象,对比分析了使用新型挡墙装置前后中间包内流场、温度场及RTD曲线,随后对新型挡墙的参数进行优化。结果表明,新型挡墙组合气幕挡墙的中间包内钢液流场、平均停留时间、死区体积及温度分布均较优于无挡墙、仅气幕和仅新型挡墙方案;新型双挡墙的导流孔半径60 mm相较于40、50和80 mm方案,钢液平均停留时间增加2.15~28.7 s,死区体积比减少0.4%~3.1%,进出口温差降低0.1~0.3 K,低温区体积减少0.07~0.75 m^(3),且挡墙间包底所受冲击较小;气幕挡墙距长水口840 mm相较于1040、1180、1320与1520 mm方案,钢液温度分布和包底所受冲刷差别较小,而平均停留时间增加6.57~25.39 s,死区体积比减少0.9%~3.2%。A new type of flow control method combined multi-hole baffle with gas bubbling curtain was proposed.The flow field,temperature distribution and RTD curves in a single-strand slab tundish before and after the usage of the new-type baffle were compared and analyzed.Besides,the main parameters of the new-type baffle were discussed and optimized.The results show that the flow field,average residence time,dead zone volume fraction and temperature distribution of molten steel in the tundish equipped with the new-type baffle combined with gas bubbling curtain are better than those of the schemes without baffle,gas bubbling curtain only and new-type baffle only.Compared with the schemes of 40 mm,50 mm and 80 mm,when the diversion hole radius of the new-type baffle is 60 mm,the average residence time of molten steel in the tundish is increased by 2.15-28.7 s,the dead zone volume fraction is decreased by 0.4%-3.1%,the temperature difference between inlet and outlet is decreased by 0.1-0.3 K,the volume of low temperature zone is decreased by 0.07-0.75 m^(3),and the impact of molten steel on the bottom of the tundish between the two baffles is relatively small.Compared to the schemes of 1040,1180,1320 and 1520 mm,when the gas bubbling curtain located at 840 mm from the center of ladle shroud,the temperature distribution of molten steel in the tundish and the impact steel flow on the bottom of the tundish are with little difference,while the average residence time of molten steel is increased by 6.57-25.39 s,the volume fraction of dead zone is decreased by 0.9%-3.2%.
