摘  要:高效液相色谱法测定锌腐酸尿素中的缩二脲含量的分析方法是采用高效液相色谱,200nm波长,1.2mL/min流速,采用C18色谱柱,在室温条件下,对尿素样品进行测定。测定结果的相对偏差为1.12%~2.5%(n=4),相对标准偏差为1.26%~2.91%(n=4),样品加标回收率为98.25%~102.7%。与国家标准GB/T2441.2分光光度法测定缩二脲含量分析结果相比,该方法不受锌腐酸尿素样品自身棕褐色的颜色干扰,分析方法更简便,不需进行样品处理,分析时间更短,工作效率更高。The analysis method for determining the biruet content in zinc humic acid urea using high-performance liquid chromatography is to use a C18 column at a wavelength of 200 nm and a flow rate of 1.2 mL/min to determine the urea sample at room temperature.The relative deviations of the results were in the range of 1.12%~2.5%(n=4),the relative standard deviations of the results were in the range of 1.26%~2.91%(n=4),and the recoveries of the spiked samples were in the range of 98.25%~102.7%.Compared with the results of the national standard GB/T2441.2 spectrophotometric method for the determination of biruet,this method is not interfered by the brown color of the zinc humic acid urea samples,and the analytical method is more simple,without sample treatment,shorter analysis time and higher working efficiency.
