摘  要:山东明泉新材料科技有限公司甲醇装置有污水处理一套,工艺流程为“预处理+生物处理”,主体处理工艺采用“A/O+SBR(带填料)”工艺。处理规模为260m^(3)/h,处理后出水达标排放,原设计曝气方式为射流曝气(射流泵+曝气风机通过射流曝气器提高水中溶氧的方式运行),该曝气方式存在曝气头易堵塞、溶氧分布不均匀、射流泵冲刷气蚀严重、耗电高等运行难点,因此对曝气方式进行了技术改造,改造为可提升空气旋流曝气器方式,解决了以上问题,同时节省电能,实现企业效益最大化。Shandong Mingquan New Material Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.methanol plant has a set of sewage treatment,the process is"pre-treatment+biological treatment",the main treatment process adopts"A/O+SBR(with filler)"process.Treatment scale is 260 m^(3)/h,the treated water meets the discharge standards,the original design of aeration is jet aeration(jet pump+aeration fan,operation by increasing dissolved oxygen in water through jet aerators),the aeration method exists in the aeration head is easy to block,uneven distribution of dissolved oxygen,jet pump scouring cavitation serious,high power consumption and other operational difficulties,so the aeration method has been technologically modified to a lifting air cyclone aerator method.to solve the above problems,while saving electricity,to maximize the benefits of enterprises.
