摘 要:随着新能源汽车的蓬勃发展,车辆的驱动系统、车身、底盘控制系统全部电子化,电动汽车运行过程中对外产生的电磁辐射需要进行全面测量。相较于燃油汽车,电动汽车需要额外测量车辆150 kHz至30 MHz频段的汽车电磁场发射强度。通过分析GB/T 18387—2017给出的电动车辆电磁场发射强度的测试布置,深入剖析CISPR 16-2-3:2016中环天线测试距离与测试静区半径的要求,结合乘用车辆车身尺寸的实际测试工况,提出一种全面覆盖被测车辆静区的电磁发射测试场地的验证方法。通过对比两个不同的10米法整车半电波暗室的30 MHz以下电磁发射场地性能,研究结果表明排除暗室自身的谐振频点造成的不确定度,两个暗室的场地性能验证满足使用要求,本文提出的场地验证方法为整车半电波暗室场地性能验证研究提供了一种新的研究思路,供行业参考使用。With the booming development of new energy vehicles,the driving system,body,and chassis control system of vehicles are all digitized.The electromagnetic radiation generated by electric vehicles during operation needs to be comprehensively measured.Compared to gasoline powered vehicles,electric vehicles require additional measurement of the electromagnetic field emission intensity of the vehicle in the frequency range of 150 kHz to 30 MHz.By analyzing the testing arrangement of electromagnetic field emission intensity for electric vehicles given in GB/T 18387-2017,and deeply analyzing the requirements for the testing distance and static area radius of the circular antenna in CISPR 16-2-3:2016,combined with the actual testing conditions of passenger vehicle body size,a verification method for an electromagnetic emission testing site that comprehensively covers the static area of the tested vehicle is proposed.By comparing the performance of electromagnetic emission sites below 30 MHz in two different 10 meter semi anechoic chambers of the vehicle,the research results show that excluding the uncertainty caused by the resonant frequency point of the anechoic chamber itself,the performance verification of the two chambers meets the requirements for use.The proposed site verification method in this article provides a new research approach for the performance verification of the vehicle semi anechoic chamber site,which is for reference in the industry.
