粉末活性炭吸附效果对比及改善水库水质微污染的试验研究

摘  要:针对水库水水质微污染应急处理问题,通过开展粉末活性炭(以下简称粉炭)烧杯混凝试验,考察了4份粉炭样品对色度、嗅味、COD_(Mn)、UV_(254)等指标吸附效果的对比。结果表明:粉炭样品D投加量在10mg·L^(-1)时,色度>10;投加量在20mg·L^(-1)时,嗅味达到无;投加量在50mg·L^(-1)时,COD_(Mn)去除率为39.1%,UV_(254)去除率为60.8%,吸附性能最优。并用粉炭样品D考察了吸附时间、投加点位对吸附效果的影响和调节pH值在中性至弱酸性内对COD_(Mn)、UV_(254)有机物吸附效果的提升。结果表明:粉末活性炭吸附运行时间30min,投加点位于混凝前端能够充分发挥其吸附作用;原水pH值调节在7.0-6.0范围,投加量在30mg·L^(-1)时,COD_(Mn)去除率为42.5%-47.5%,UV_(254)去除率为67.0%-78.0%。To address the emergency treatment of micro-pollution in reservoir water quality,a comparative study on the adsorption effects of four powdered activated carbon(hereinafter referred to as powdered carbon)samples on indicators such as color,odor,COD_(Mn) UV_(254) was conducted through powdered carbon beaker coagulation tests.The results indicate that for powdered carbon sample D,at a dosage of 10 mg·L^(-1),the color exceeds 10;at a dosage of 20 mg·L^(-1),the odor reaches none;at a dosage of 50 mg·L^(-1),the removal rate of COD_(Mn) is 39.1%,and the removal rate of UV_(254) is 60.8%,demonstrating the optimal adsorption performance.
