摘　　要：丰喜集团煤制甲醇系统脱硫装置采用热法位阻胺脱硫技术,经过十余年的运行,基本达到了预期净化效果。在实际生产中,因前工段原料调整带来各项工艺指标波动,通过分析指标,进行设备改进和工艺的调整,实现了位阻胺脱硫装置的稳定运行。The desulfurization of coal to methanol system of Fengxi Group is a production unit adopting thermal bituminous desulfurization technology,which has basically achieved the expected purification effect after more than ten years of operation.In the actual production,due to the fluctuation of various process indicators brought about by the adjustment of raw materials in the former section,stable operation of hindered amine desulfurization unit is achieved by analyzing the indicators and carrying out equipment improvement and process adjustment.
