摘　　要：针对海德鲁流化床造粒装置运行过程中存在的振动筛筛网频繁破损、振动筛钢丝绳频繁断裂、成品皮带栈桥粉尘含量大、检修单台破碎机需要造粒装置减负荷以及雾化空气压缩机润滑油温度高等问题,进行了深入的分析,通过采取处理措施,解决了上述问题,达到了保护环境、节能降耗和产品质量提升的目的。The problems of frequent breakage of vibrating screen mesh,frequent breakage of vibrating screen wire rope,high dust content in finished product belt trestle,overhauling of single crusher requiring load reduction of granulation device and high temperature of lubricating oil of atomizing air compressor,which existed in Hydro fluidized bed granulation unite during operation,are analyzed in depth.Problems are solved through the adoption of treatment measures to achieve the objectives of environmental protection,energy conservation and product quality enhancement.
