煤制天然气项目污水处理运行中出现的问题

摘　　要：煤制天然气项目化工装置自投料试车后污水生化正式运行,污水系统运行期间出现了原料稀酚水温度高、生化系统出水浊度上涨、生化系统出水COD上涨等问题。本文通过对出现问题进行分析并制定解决措施,保证了污水生化系统长周期、安全、稳定运行。The sewage biochemistry has been in formal operation since the commissioning of chemical units of coal to natural gas project,and during the operation of the sewage system,there are problems such as high temperature of raw dilute phenol water,turbidity increase and COD increase of effluent from the biochemical system.This paper analyzes the problems and develops solutions to ensure the long-period,safe and stable operation of the sewage biochemical system.
