摘　　要：水煤浆气化澄清槽溢流堰结垢减缓器,该设备安装在水煤浆气化澄清槽溢流堰内,收集吸附澄清槽上清液表面悬浮物及结垢物质,延缓澄清槽溢流堰结垢堵塞的时间,避免气化装置因澄清槽溢流堰及溢流管堵塞,导致水系统无法平衡而造成系统停车事件。通过定期清理该设备,可以清理出气化装置水系统的结垢物质,缓解水系统的结垢速度,保证气化装置连续、稳定运行。The scale retarder equipment is installed in the clarification tank overflow weir of coal slurry gasification clarifier,collecting and adsorbing suspended and scaled substances on the surface of clarifier supernatant,delaying the time of clarifier overflow weir scaling and blockage,and avoiding gasification unit shutdown event due to the clogging of the clarifier overflow weir and the overflow pipe,which leads to the inability of water system to balance.Through regular cleaning of this equipment,the scaling material in the water system of the gasification unit can be cleaned out,the scaling speed of the water system can be relieved,and the continuous and stable operation of the gasification unit can be ensured.
