摘　　要：蒸汽放空阀通常用于紧急情况下系统蒸汽的排放。在系统实际运行过程中放空阀可能会出现一系列的问题,蒸汽放空阀门出现问题不仅会造成资源浪费,还会给系统的运行带来影响。本文针对蒸汽放空阀门在实际应用中出现的卡涩、内漏、填料泄露等问题进行分析与总结,并提出解决措施。Steam vent valve is usually used for the discharge of system steam in case of emergency.In the actual operation process of the system,the venting valve may appear a series of problems,which will not only cause waste of resources,but also affect operation of the system.In this paper,the jamming,internal leakage,packing leakage and other problems occurred in the actual application of steam venting valve are analyzed and summarized,and measures to solve the problem are put forward.
