摘  要:在商用车常用的8极48槽驱动电机转子设计中,为避免高转速引起的离心力造成转子失效,降低电机转子振动,采用ANSYS软件对电机转子冲片结构进行拓扑优化,保证优化后的转子冲片结构在额定转速下满足机械强度的同时,还降低了电机旋转过程中的径向力谐波幅值,达到降低振动减小噪声的目的,为下一步高速电机的性能改善提供了理论指导。In the rotor design of 8-pole 48-slot drive motor commonly used in commercial vehicles,in order to avoid rotor failure caused by centrifugal force caused by high speed and reduce rotor vibration,ANSYS software is used to optimize the rotor punching structure of the motor,so as to ensure that the optimized rotor punching structure meets the mechanical strength at rated speed.The harmonic amplitude of radial force in the process of motor rotation is also reduced to achieve the purpose of reducing vibration and noise,which provides theoretical guidance for the performance improvement of high-speed motor in the next step.
