摘　　要：本文重点研究了不同密封条的碳氢散发特性及气味特性,并针对不同种类密封条进行了溯源分析研究。结果表明:密封条种类不同,其碳氢蒸发污染物散发量会存在一定程度的差异;原材料及生产工艺的差异,造成不同密封条的气味性及主要散发物质的差异。针对不同种类密封条的溯源分析研究,为企业有针对性地改善自身产品碳氢散发性能提供技术路线和方向,从而保证整车碳氢蒸发污染物散发性能持续提升。This paper focuses on the hydrocarbon emission characteristics and odor characteristics of different sealing strips,and the traceability analysis of different types of sealing strips is carried out.The results showed that the emission of hydrocarbon evaporative substances varies with different types of sealing strips.Differences in raw materials and production processes cause differences in the odor and the main emission substances.The traceability analysis and research of different types of sealing strips provide technical routes and directions for enterprises to improve the hydrocarbon emission performance of their own products,so as to ensure the continuous improvement of the pollutant emission performance of the vehicle's hydrocarbon evaporation.
