复方利血平氨苯蝶啶与厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪的降压疗效比较

摘　　要：目的对复方利血平氨苯蝶啶与厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪的降压效果展开对比。方法选取78例高血压患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分成对照组和研究组,每组39例。对照组采取厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗,研究组采取复方利血平氨苯蝶啶片治疗。对比两组的治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后的血压水平。结果研究组治疗总有效率为94.87%,对照组治疗总有效率为79.49%,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.129,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的舒张压、收缩压对比,不存在统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的舒张压、收缩压明显低于本组治疗前,且研究组的舒张压(78.39±5.17)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、收缩压(115.72±7.15)mm Hg低于对照组的(82.36±4.97)、(124.48±6.85)mm Hg,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率(12.82%)低于对照组(17.95%),但组间对比不存在统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.394,P>0.05)。结论相对比厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片而言,复方利血平氨苯蝶啶片的降压效果更佳,不良反应更少,值得推荐。Objective To compare the antihypertensive effect between compound reserpine and irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide.Methods A total of 78 hypertensive patients were selected as research subjects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into a control group and a study group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide tablets,and the study group was treated with compound reserpine tablets.The treatment effect,occurrence of adverse reactions,and blood pressure before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.87%,and that of the control group was 79.49%;the study group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.129,P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the comparison of diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment;the study group had diastolic blood pressure of(78.39±5.17)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)and systolic blood pressure of(115.72±7.15)mm Hg,which were lower than(82.36±4.97)and(124.48±6.85)mm Hg in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(12.82%)was lower than that in the control group(17.95%),but there was no statistical significance between groups(χ^(2)=0.394,P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide tablets,compound reserpine tablets have better antihypertensive effect and fewer adverse reactions,so it is recommended.
