镜像疗法配合镇肝熄风汤对阴虚风动型脑卒中患者肢体功能恢复的影响分析

摘　　要：目的对阴虚风动型脑卒中患者应用镜像疗法配合镇肝熄风汤进行治疗的疗效进行研究。方法选择60例阴虚风动型脑卒中患者,依照随机信封法分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组采用镇肝熄风汤治疗,研究组基于镇肝熄风汤疗法增加镜像疗法康复训练。对比两组患者生活能力[巴塞尔(Barthel)指标]、神经功能缺损程度[美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分]、肢体运动功能[Fugel-Meyer肢体运动功能评定量表(FMA)评分]、症状积分、生活质量。结果治疗后,研究组患者Barthel指数(62.28±5.34)分高于对照组的(56.63±5.57)分,NIHSS评分(17.95±2.20)分低于对照组的(24.53±3.66)分(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者上肢FMA评分(50.28±3.41)分和下肢FMA评分(29.97±2.51)分均高于对照组的(43.39±4.82)、(24.49±2.38)分(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者头痛头晕、面瘫偏盲、肢体麻木、意识障碍、恶心呕吐、吞咽困难积分分别为(1.04±0.24)、(1.07±0.31)、(0.85±0.19)、(0.93±0.20)、(0.76±0.11)、(0.77±0.12)分,均低于对照组的(1.43±0.29)、(1.55±0.22)、(1.37±0.41)、(1.52±0.22)、(1.39±0.44)、(1.33±0.27)分(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、精力、精神健康、情感职能、社会功能评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论镜像疗法配合镇肝熄风汤针对阴虚风动型脑卒中患者效果明显,可有效提高患者生活能力、肢体运动功能和生活质量,缓解临床症状,减轻神经功能缺损,值得作为主要的治疗方式加以推广。Objective To study the efficacy of mirror therapy combined with Zhengan Xifeng Decoction on the recovery of limb function in stroke patients with wind formation from yin deficiency syndrome.Methods 60 cases of stroke patients with wind formation from yin deficiency syndrome were selected and divided into a control group and a study group according to random envelope method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Zhengan Xifeng Decoction,and the study group added mirror therapy for rehabilitation training based on Zhengan Xifeng Decoction.Patients in both groups were compared in terms of life ability(Barthel index),neurological impairment[National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score],extremity motor function[Fugel-Meyer Assessment(FMA)score],symptom score and quality of life.Results After treatment,the study group had higher Barthel index of(62.28±5.34)points than(56.63±5.57)points in the control group,and lower NIHSS score of(17.95±2.20)points than(24.53±3.66)points in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FMA scores of upper extremity and lower extremity of the study group were(50.28±3.41)and(29.97±2.51)points,which were higher than(43.39±4.82)and(24.49±2.38)points of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of headache and dizziness,hemianopsia,limb numbness,consciousness disturbance,nausea and vomiting,dysphagia in the study group were(1.04±0.24),(1.07±0.31),(0.85±0.19),(0.93±0.20),(0.76±0.11),(0.77±0.12)points,which were lower than(1.43±0.29),(1.55±0.22),(1.37±0.41),(1.52±0.22),(1.39±0.44),(1.33±0.27)points in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physical function,role-physical,bodily pain,general health,vitality,mental health,role-emotional and social function in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mirror therapy combined with Zhengan Xifeng Decoction has obvious effect on stroke patients with wind formation from yin deficiency syndrome,which can effectively improve patients'life
