摘　　要：本文报道1例巨大甲状腺肿物致气管严重受压的老年患者的围术期气道管理。采用瑞马唑仑复合艾司氯胺酮镇静镇痛,在清醒镇静和充分表面麻醉下使用纤维支气管镜行气管插管,过程平稳,效果满意。瑞马唑仑复合艾司氯胺酮镇静镇痛为该类患者制定个体化麻醉管理方案提供了新的思路。This paper reported perioperative air tube management in an elderly patient with severe trachea compression caused by a giant goiter.Endotracheal intubation was completed under the sober sedation and analgesia of remazolam combined with esketamine through adequate airway assessment and surface anesthesia.The results showed that endotracheal intubation was stable and the effect was satisfactory.The sedation and anesthesia with remazolam and esketamine provides new ideas for developing individualized anesthetic management plans for this kind of patients.
