摘 要:采用连续法制备拟薄水铝石,设计了相应的正交实验来考察制备过程中的多种因素对拟薄水铝石物化性质的影响。采用XRD、SVD等手段分析了所制备样品中三水铝石含量、物相结构、孔结构性质等。结果表明:影响拟薄水铝石中三水铝石含量较大的因素为反应温度和二级pH;影响拟薄水铝石晶粒大小的较大的因素为二级pH和二级质量浓度;影响拟薄水铝石比表面积的较大的因素为一级pH、二级pH和二级质量浓度;影响拟薄水铝石孔体积的较大的因素为二级pH和二级质量浓度;影响拟薄水铝石平均孔径的较大的因素为反应温度、一级pH和二级pH;影响拟薄水铝石最可几孔径的较大的因素为酸质量浓度和反应温度。较为理想的反应条件为:控制酸质量浓度不超过基准+0.7g·mL^(-1),选择了在基准+0.3g·mL^(-1)左右;酸流速在基准+14.0 mL·min^(-1)左右;反应温度在基准+20.0℃以下;成胶一级pH在基准+2.0左右;成胶二级pH在基准+0.5左右;二级质量浓度在基准+8.0 g·mL^(-1)以下;老化时间控制在基准+40.0 min至基准+70.0 min。A continuous method was used to prepare pseudo boehmite,and corresponding orthogonal experiments were designed to investigate the effects of various factors during the preparation process on the physicochemical properties of pseudo boehmite.XRD,SVD and other methods were used to analyze the content,phase structure,and pore structure properties of gibbsite in the prepared samples.The results indicated that the factors affecting the content of gibbsite in pseudo boehmite were reaction temperature and secondary pH.The major factors affecting the grain size of pseudo boehmite were secondary pH and secondary mass concentration.The major factors affecting the specific surface area of pseudo boehmite were primary pH,secondary pH,and secondary mass concentration.The major factors affecting the pore volume of pseudo boehmite were secondary pH and secondary mass concentration.The major factors affecting the average pore size of pseudo boehmite were reaction temperature,primary pH,and secondary pH.The major factors affecting the maximum pore size of pseudo boehmite were acid mass concentration and reaction temperature.The ideal reaction conditions were to control the acid mass concentration not to exceed the reference+0.7 g·mL^(-1),which was around the reference+0.3g·mL^(-1) in this article;The acid flow rate was around benchmark+14.0 mL·min^(-1);The reaction temperature was below the reference+20.0℃;The first level pH of gelation was around the benchmark+2.0;The secondary pH of the gel was around the benchmark+0.5;The secondary mass concentration was below the reference+8.0 g·mL^(-1);The aging time was controlled from baseline+40.0 min to baseline+70.0 min.
